The Tourist Gastronomic Celebration "Don Fish Soup"

Don fish soup is the main dish of the local cuisine. The celebration takes place on the picturesque banks of River Don and includes the contest to prepare authentic Don fish soup and its tasting, animation programmes for children and grown-ups, sport equestrian show, dance master classes, performances of artistic groups, fair of Don souvenirs.

The celebration makes "green" gastronomic tourism in the South of Russia more popular.
